Sleep Lost
We wonder how in the world,
We can manage to lose sleep,
It leaves our mind twirled,
Like we've never been so deep,
We juggle the stress,
But in duress,
We can't see clearly,
We think of it merely,
As a something we do,
But it the end who knew,
That the reason we can't sleep,
Is the reason because of you,
You can't sleep because you won't let go,
I can't sleep because I won't let go,
We try to comprehend our world,
That we can fix our wrongs,
And get back the ones we've lost,
The ones we pushed away,
But they've moved on to better,
And so have you and I,
It's time to let the past be the past,
And let you finally find,
The sleep you've lost,
